How Many Car Shows in Dallas Saturday?

What time does the cruise night start? I have a relative in town who loves old cars. -
For Saturday July 25th I saw a post for aCar & Bile Show in the Community Chest for one at 457 Nathan Dean Blvd (upper parking lot) Dallas, GA 30132 benefiting Toys for Tots and the USO and another Car Show by Alpha Omega Stor All at 505 Jimmy Campbell Pkwy Dallas, Ga. 30157 benefiting Paulding County Child Advocacy Centers. So are there 2 shows and, if so, why wouldn't they be held on different weekends?

CIGNA also did it with Wellstar last year and they worked things out in time. Note that with CIGNA and probably Aetna, it was only the hospitals, not the doctors --- you could still see all of your MDs in their offices --- just couldn't go to their hospitals.

If you have a driver's license with a Douglasville address not so, my neighbor has gotten away with resident fees. They didn't check to see which county you are in --- unless they have recently started to.

We moved to a Douglasville address in South Paulding 5 years ago and love it. We are as far North as you can go before it changes to Dallas and as far East as you can go before it changes to Hiram and, yes, it confuses many delivery folks. All of South Pauliding is rural --- there were no grocery stores when we moved here --- now you have a choice of Kroger, Publix and Ingles with Food Lion coming nearby this year. By rural, it means you will have to go 10 miles or so North to go to the Hiram shopping area, 15 miles or so South to go to the Atrbor Place Mall in Douglasville and

GRTA has plans for a Dallas-Marietta local route, but that appears to be several years off. As someone who never drove and always took public transportation up in NY and when we lived in Marietta, I can sympathize. At least you have taxicabs in the city of Dallas, Paulding hasn't licenced any for unincorporated Paulding and Paulding transit isn't a real option.

From Dallas, there is no public transportation unless someone drops you off on Route 41 in Kennesaw or near Kennestone State University, where local Cobb County buses buses are. The Express Rush-hour Bus from Hiram/Powder Springs to Downtown Atlanta, won't help you much. Here's a link to the map: http://dot.cobbcountyga.gov/cct/documents/...ap_June2008.pdf

We use Coweta Fayette EMC for gas --- their rates are competitive because they are a coop. Click on the link on the left side of the page.

Scroll down to Paulding County. I also saw one in Carroll County. I saw the following in Paulding: Brandie Freeman - follows organic methods, blueberries, honey from our hives 382 Old Teal Road, Hiram, GA 30141. Crops are usually available in July. Open: Daylight hours; Rain or shine; Bring containers; Call if you need directions or if you have any questions. Blueberries ripe from July 20 to mid August. We follow organic methods, but are not yet certified. Payment: Cash, only. We also have some prepicked vegetables available in the evenings. (ADDED: July 16, 2008) (UPDATED: June 24 -

Originally, it was said that it would be a Clearance Center like the one the used to have in Marietta. I guess that changed? -
The express commuter bus from the theatre to downtown atlanta. Transfer to the marta subway to the airport. Yhis is the way i used to go, but it only runs during rush hours (both ways). It's great, if it meets your schedue. Run by Cobb County Transit for GRTA. DOn't know if you can park there overnight, so someone would have to drop you off.

Magellan sold a wall-charger for theirs. Surely they have one available at the website, but if you get the item number there, check outhttp://www.bizrate.com to see if you can get ti cheaper elsewhere.

Reply from Nixie: Hello, Thank you for contacting Nixle. County-level agencies do not show up currently under the "Settings" tab. This technical issue will be resolved after July 1st. Until that time, you are automatically opted-IN to receive their Alert and Advisory level messages from your county agencies. Adding the second address is what I recommend to folks if they just want to make sure. Sounds like you have that covered. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I feel terrible, not just because I own a piece of GM Preferred stock in my IRA (they offered stockholders what would have amounted to 0-10% or less of their holdings after giving 50% to the union and required 90% to accept the offer --- know it wasn't going to happen.) or because I recently bought a GM car. The AP article says that only 21,000 employees will lose jobs, and GM is expected to come out of bankruptcy in a few months with the gov't having a 60% stake. I'm sure several feeder industires will also have to reduce emplyees. Maybe the gov't will make some moneyon the
