I wish to apologize to the good people of paulding.com, to pubby and to Mike Jones. Last night I started receiving PMs from a person here on pcom, who claimed to be a good friend of Mike Jones. These PMs insisted that I was either Todd Pownell, had inside information from Todd Pownell and/or was a flunky of Todd Pownell. They also insisted on knowing my name. This all had to do with my original thread about Mr. Jones resigning his job. No matter that I not only said in PMs and in a new thread that I was none of those things, this person continued (even after midnight) to send me PMs in

That may be what you consider America, but it isn't my America. I forgot, some liberals can never use logic and common sense, thus so many criminals getting off. I guess the answer to my last question is, yes, you thought it was raining.

First, thank you for the good words. Second, I read your report and all I can say is, if it looks like a skunk, walks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, it is probably a skunk. You say you interviewed the person in question who wrote the email. My question to you is, who would you believe, the person who wrote the email or Mr. Jones? Simple question, requiring a simple answer, one or the other. One last question, did Mr. Jones tell you that the water falling on your back was rain?

(I said bring whoever you want) Then he accused me of being Todd Pownell. (you know I am not) Then he accused me of being Todd's flunky and threatened me. I got mad and said a lot of curse words. Then he decided not to meet me, but let me know I almost got burned. (I'm still shaking in my boots) Ohhh, I left out that he said he was a good friend of Mike Jones.

Good news, bad news. Bad news, that is true, he does. Good news, no one ever wants to see it.
