They have been trying for the past year to figure out how to put that new law into effect.I was discussing it with some other people a couple of days ago.It is kind of like the country is going broke what else can we tax.I say skip more taxes,cut every politicians pay,make them go on the same insurance the rest of us have.Imagine how much we could save not paying their benefits.They go on ss like us etc...Repeal a few off the laws on the books that would cause American companies to start doing business here again our economy would go forward.I am sure we could all come up with a few more good

How in the world can they tax yard sale items?Lets say you sale five brand new clothing items.They originally cost 40.00 each.Still have tags on them.You end up having to sell them for 5.00 each thus creating a loss.Are you to really get say an appraisal on all antique items you sale?I would say most times people sale things at a loss in yard sales.Aside from that the manufacturer of any given item paid taxes to get the matierials to make said items,stores paid to get the items to sale,then the consumer pays taxes when they purchased item.My gosh just how many times can you tax the same thing?
