DH and I are going this afternoon with them to pay it off and they are going to give us the remaining that they owe. I would hate for them to lose a car after paying over $8,000 and have nothing! It just doesn't seem right to us!

That is what it sounds like to me. They bought the car over 2 years ago and have been making the payments since then and now that it is at the end and almost paid off they want to repo it. I know that it did have a gps on it but they took it off right after they bought it because they didn't like that someone could see everywhere they went.

A relative of my DH has a car that he financed through one of those buy here pay here lots then a few months after he bought it the loan got bought by another finace company. His wife said that they only have about 5 payments left (somewhere $1000) but they are 2 payments behind (they pay $200 bi-weekly), she got a call from them saying if they didn't have the 2 payments they were behind by the end of the week they would repossess the car and they wouldn't get it back. Just wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this.

Does he do this for a living? What kind of food did you have?

What would you recommend her doing? They are paying for everything theirselves and it would be kind of hard paying lots of $$$ for a caterer. She figured they could probably pay $700 to $1000 to do the appetizers themselves and hiring a few people to make them and serve them. Is there a caterer that would work with her on the price, or is there one that will allow her to work off some of the debt? Thanks for your help?

She looked at that place but the place was outrageous. It is going to be around 100-125 guests and I think she said that it was around 10K. How many were at yours and did it include food?

A friend of mine is getting married next august. She has already put a deposit on the place. It is going ot be around $1100. She plans on doing the food herself. But hiring a few individuals for around $50-75 each to make the apps and serve them. Make sure that the serving plates are always full and serve drinks. She is also looking into djs. So my question is how much was your wedding and was it worth it? What would you have done differently?

I know 4 people who I went to high school with that are Disney characters there. Cinderella, The Step-sisters and Alice! I know that they always go out to and sign autographs for the little ones especially the ones that are all dressed up. They it!
