No its a black collar with stones/rhinestones....

Found a shihtzu type dog - White with black and grey Senator Road next to South paulding High School Found last night around 6pm. Dog has collar but no tags and has been verified to have no chip. If you are the owner or know who is please call 770-861-3619 Kim

Weekend schedule: Saturday for dinner 4pm -10pm Sunday for brunch only, 11am - 4pm I think.... you should call and ask on that one.

I taught my wife to carry a small can of wd-40. She is dreadfully frightened of them! Ya spray them and it gums up their wings and they fall to the ground and can't fly. Then you step on them..... And it's a good way to kill them too! They fall to the ground because they can't fly and then you step on them!
