    Home Depot usually has stuff like flashlights, knives, small tools, etc. fairly cheap.

    I need individual inexpensive gift ideas for a group of about 6 men, age 30-60, with varied interests. I would like to keep the cost to around or under $5 each as I have a verry limited budget. And I would also like to stay away from foods for health issues. Thanks.

    I wish that everyone would accept God's gift of eternal love, life and forgiveness that can so easily be theirs by the acceptance of his Christmas gift to us all. His one and only son.

     

    I wish that every single person would claim his gift as thier own, the way many of us have, so that they too could experience the hope and peace that comes with walking with Him.

     

    It's the most precious, sacred gift I have ever received and I cannot imagine my life without it. I wonder how others can truly live without having it. How can one celebrate Christmas without recognizing the birth of the savior of us all?

     

    Please, do not bash me for wishing this for you if you are a non-believer. It's just my personal Christmas wish. :wub:

    Sausage and cheese balls

    I used to make them with the 2 cups recipe but decided to try the recipe that's on the Jimmy Dean rolled sausage package. It calls for some chopped onions and celery also and the extra ingredients add SO much flavor. It's the only way I'll make them now. You might give them a try.

    My thoughts and sympathy go out to Cathy and the family. My Byrd was a very kind gentleman. I subbed for him a good bit before I got my permanent bus route. His health was beginning to fail him then and that was about 5 years ago. He was always so sweet! I'm sure he will be missed greatly.

    I sent a reply to your pm with my cell phone #. Give me a call so I can get these to you. A coupleof the posters have games on them. One is paper airplanes of wrestling that the guys could cut out and make. Another one is like paper dolls. Boy I hate to say that when it involves 12 & 13 year old boys, but it is a poster with a wrestler image that can be cut out and then different arms, legs, belts, etc. to cut out and individualize. The only problem I can see is that there is only one wrestler but if you get it in time you could have additional ones printed. You are welcome to all of this.

     

    My son lost all interest in wrestling when Chris Benoit killed his son and wife and then himself. I think the suicide alone would have bothered him but the fact that he killed his son tore my son all to pieces. And of course all of that was on the heels of Eddie Guerrero dying. It was just to much for my baby. :cray:

    Visit www.honeytown.com or call Brian at (770)428-4903. He is the owner of Home Town Honey, Inc. They are based out of Kennesaw. His honey is carried at the vitamin and herb place next to Target but you can get it cheaper directly from him. His honey is the best! :wub:

    Again, I say Thank You school of choice option!!

     

     

    Do you really, honestly believe that because this incident did not occur at your schools of choice that your schools have no drugs in them?

     

    I'm thankful for a school staff that's on top of things and caught the students involved! Kudos to them! You rock Wilcox!!!!!!!!!

     

    Flu Shots...Do You Get One?

    Since my son had the flu in 3rd grade and missed 7 days of school and I missed 7 days of work caring for him, we both get one every year now. This will be our 4th year. He actually got his at the pediatrician's office this past week and they gave him the nasal mist. I will get mine in about 2 weeks when I see my Dr for a follow up visit for something else. We have never had any adverse effects from the vaccine.
