  3. All 4 libraries in Paulding County are selling advance tickets for Paulding Meadows. Two dollars each. If you wait and buy it at the gate it is three dollars.

He will tell you how to get started in the fun hobby! This is for serious adult collectors as well as kids. This would be great for the men and boys to do while the ladies go to Paulding Meadows! The library is located at the intersection of Highway 61 and Ridge Road.

  10. On September 10 at 2pm New Georgia Public Library will have a special guest. Retired Army Captain Donna Rowe. Donna was the Head Triage Nurse in Saigon during the Vietnam War. She went against orders to save the life of a Vietcong baby. She will speak about this and many other events that happened in Vietnam. This would be great for homeschool children. Donna is the perfect role model. All ages welcome, however she will not "water down" the facts. Call 770-459-8163 for more information.

  13. New Georgia Public Library will welcome Ms. Kim Waid on Aug. 27th at 2pm. Ms. Waid is the Community Outreach Coordinator for "Affinis Hospice". She will dispel some myths about a Hospice and explain the importance of a Hopice. This is a very difficult topic, but it is an important one. I know people hate to think about it, but it would be better to learn about it when you are not in need of it so you won't have to make plans during a crisis. Retired Army Captain Donna Rowe Vietnam Nurse New Georgia Public Library September 10, 2013 at 2pm On Tuesday September 10th at 2pm New Georgia Public Library will welcome retired Army Captain Donna Rowe.
