Just a tidbit of info. Be very careful with St. John's Wart. It doesn't go with certain prescription meds. Talk with your pharmacist before ever taking herbs or vitamins if you are on prescription meds. Certain ones thin your blood, etc...Good luck.

I no longer look at my birthday as a day to celebrate and have a good time. It should be a quiet time to honor those who died ON my birthday during the attack on our country. But it is also an angry time in my heart and I hope and wish for those who did this to be brought to justice. My birthday will never be the same. I cry everytime throughout and think of them all. I stopped watching TV on my birthday thinking it would make it better. It didn't. The pain of this day will never leave me. I love and honor them ALL.
