I just had this conversation today with Gotcha Looking Good. After they did another AMAZING job on one of our vehicles. I toured a winery in France. The winery had been in this family for 18 generations. This family had been making wine there for hundreds of years. My pretentious wine snob prick brother in law asked some stupid question and the wine maker made the comment that wine is meant to be a personal experience. It matters not if the wine came in a box or a bottle, cost $2 or $200, had a screw cap or a cork, aged in oak or stainless. If it suits your palette, the wine maker has done his job and did it well. If it doesnot suit your palette, you move on to a different wine until you find one you like.
