Why don't you ask Todd? Unlike Beverly, he is easy to find.

She doesn't look tired to you? -
Are you trying to support Beverly? I guess if she just sits on her hands and keeps her mouth shut like she did when she was Jerry's AA, we will never know what she stands for. Or is it that she stands for what she is told to stand for? Or could it be that she stands for nothing?

Bev is looking kind of haggard. Are you sure she can take the pressure of this job? -
They tried filling it with Sonny Perdue's BS and it wouldn't get off the ground. Even after he tried praying it up.

I am voting for ABO in the next presidential election. Anyone But Obama. That's the only way I would have ever voted for John McCain last time. I am hoping the pubs will put a real republican candidate up this time and not try to find a luke warm conservative to court the middle of the road democrats.

And then I will be siding with you (and Ithy and Reagan Republican,,,I just threw up a little).

You sir, are a damn fool. That has already been revealed.

Narrow agendas for narrow minds........Stout????????

One things for sure, Will Avery isn't owned by anyone. If this county wants true, unbiased representation they should be voting for Avery in November. If you can show me some proof of Carruth calling any shots I will vote against any of his puppets.

How about a civil discussion on the 19th district race

The best candidate for this office is Will Avery, the democrat. Will is the first democrat I have voted for since 1976. You owe it to yourself to get in touch with Will and spend a few minutes talking to him. Very intelligent and able to carry on a conversation without feeling a need to tell you all about his religious beliefs. Talk to him and you will vote for him. -

Yep. She is a drama queen. And not even a good drama queen. she should stay out of politics and try to get some control on her own family. We don't need this caliber of people representing our intrest. -
And which D-19 candidate do you believe to be part of the cartel?

Seems like it would have been a damn good time to address the investigation that is being conducted, Elvira. -

They are both scary as hell. I might take delusional over a cultist. I remember what the religious fanatics did to the World Trade Towers. -
There is not anyone on p.com (or in Paulding County) that has the ability to ruffle my feathers. A few of us are working to try to keep a bunch of crooks from re-gaining power in the county government. It is really sad that a handful of people are so influenced by the "washed up" that they would publicly support them to hold a public office. David Austin, Tommie Graham and Todd Pownell are far from being a part of the corrupt bunch of people that were running this county. If I were ready to move it would be quite entertaining to help get the folks you are supporting elected to offi

Talk about paranoid schizophrenia........ When there are individuals like Tommie Graham and Todd Pownall on a BOC, Mr. Austin is not going to "control" them. These guys are all very well spoken and not afraid to ruffle feathers. Unlike the spineless commissioners Jerry was able to influence, these guys are not "yes" men. But then again you know this, you are just slinging sh*t hoping some of it sticks.

I'm just hoping there are enough level headed people in District 19 to keep Mr. stout as far from the capital as possible. -
Well, I just got my power bill in the mail and...

I have a programable thermostat. It goes up to 75 during the day and down to 68 in the evening. Greystone charged me $400 to be cool last month. I was expecting $700 so I am happy (and cool). I heat with wood almost for free so I don't mind spending a little extra to stay as cool as I like it. -
which candidate will provide the jobs?

I agree somewhat. Politicians are like diapers. They need a regular changing......and for the same reason. -

You know? The internet has effectively busted up a lot of the back room political strongholds. Apparently the Galloways have a personal (or specific) agenda. That doesn't fly these days. What is best for ALL the people will be the way of the future. -

Nope! But I hear there is a surgery to remove your nose from King Jerry's ass. Ask Ithy and Tom about it. They are likely scheduled for the procedure. -

But with the right people in place a small county government like ours can sweeten the pot for potential corporations who in return provide local jobs and help with the local tax burden. Unless, of course, said county government is ran by a bunch od damn crooks that are only interested in lining their own pockets and the pockets of their closest crook pals.
