  1. I know how you feel. My 4 year old had surgery this morning. I'm readying the info sheets tonight and it reads, no active play, no jumping, no running, may be tired, may not eat, etc. -- all while he's running circles around me begging for a pizza.

She'll do just fine! Good luck!

  2. Sorry I've been behind on reading the posts! I think Seth would be a terrific Santa and yes he is skinny, but not a problem we'll stuff his belly with a pillow and some warm lunch. Which dates is he available?

  3. Jennifer's Pet Rescue needs a Santa! And fast, as we only have until the end of the week to make our commitment firm. The Santa photos will be at the Petsmart in Hiram from 11-5 every Saturday in December. This is a terrific fundraiser for us and we've done very well for the past 3 years, please help make our 4th year no exception. Costume provided and I'll buy your lunch for the day, all we need is a male willing to give us his time.

    The dates are:

    12/2

    12/9

    12/16

    12/23

Please e-mail us at: JPR@jenniferspetrescue.com if you can help or know someone that you always thought would be the perfect Santa!

  4. We're always happy to have volunteers join us at our Pet Adoptions. Either in Hiram at Petsmart on Saturdays or in Acworth at the Petco on Sundays. We do have an age requirement of 14, but parents are not required to stay. Please have her contact us if she's interested and we'll e-mail you a volunteer waiver form. Both adoptions run 11-5 and she's be walking dogs, assisting potential new parents with choosing and adopting their new pet.

  5. Jennifer, did you get the Calico kitten ?

Well, no, instead I left with 4 very sick kittens that had to get out of there or well they would have been euthanized on Wednesday. We have them on several different medicines and they are turning around quickly. I'll be back for you either Thursday or Friday morning.

  6. He actually lives loose on 10 acres and would be more than happy with some land or a big fenced in back yard to call his own.

He's also great with kids and his adoption fee has been reduced to just $25 despite the hundreds of dollars JPR has invested in him. He's a terrific dog, he just needs a chance!
