I avoid big ticket items made in China. I also will not buy any Asian car - so no Toyotas, KIAs etc. I buy only American brands. When we looked at a small Chev suv some years ago, it's transmission was assembled in China. I walked away. Yes, I do read the parts content sticker and do my best to buy only cars with a high North American parts content.

Thank you, Jamie. When I want factual news reporting I watch the news on FNC. I pick and choose the commentators on FNC, but, I'd rather watch Charles Krauthammer than Wolfe Blitzer every day of the week.

I think that MSNBC, the View, and the MSM stations etc. give liberals plenty of fear and negative feelings. Consider all the liberal fear regarding carbon dioxide and climate change. It works both ways. In my view, when FOX reports the news, it is very factual. Commentators like Hannity and O'Reilly are discussing their views, just as Jon Stewart discusses his views - I find Stewart very negative, untruthful, biased and basically disgusting.

I'm not sure what else it is. It may be that you gravitate to other media which is more aligned to your politics and thinking. Envy may be a stretch on my part.

Perhaps. I would say that some sitcoms and movies do have more viewers than Fox. But, that would mean that those same sitcoms and movies have way more viewers than CNN and MSNBC. People watch what they like and that is fine with me.

CNN's commentators make my stomach turn. I rarely look at it. MSNBC is even worse in its left leaning bias. I enjoy watching the news reports and several commentators on Fox - Neil Cavuto, Chris Wallace, for example. My wife loves Bill O'Reilly. That's just the way it is. Obviously, Fox News is doing something that appeals to more viewers than any other cable news network.
