Eddie, I have used Mothers mag wheel polish" on oxidized aluminum and it has always worked in the past. They now call it "Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish". It should do the job nicely for you: On some really bad pieces, I have removed them from the car and taken them to a pro who polishes them with a buffing wheel. 3M also sells a similar polish. I recently booked a return flight to Pittsburgh - Southwest was 600+ per person and United was just over 300 per person. I booked United. Delta wasn't even close.
