it wasnt just a hat. it was a hat that represents the religion/ holiday. would you wear a hat that said i praise lucifer if your boss told you to? why not? its just a hat. what about a turban (sp)? why not? its just a hat. would you quit your job and sacrifice your income and possibly feeding your family? or would you demand your rights?

actually the employer has to make 'reasonable accomodations' to all handicaps and rights/ beliefs. i think a hat and apron not being worn is pretty reasonable.

unfortunately, these days santa is the christmas mascot, not jesus. so yes, putting on a santa hat represents a holiday, you dont see people wearing them at any other time of year. and so what if she took the job because of the holiday season. that doesnt mean she observed the holiday. she obviously is aware holidays exist. as for the apron, what did it look like? if it had holiday decor on it then she should have been given a plain one to wear. this seems like getting someones panties in a wad because someone other than a christian wanted to use their rights. tsk-tsk, we all know rights are o

i have it in the crock pot on low, and its for supper tomorrow night, and i always go light on the tenderizer, but was wondering if there was a natural ingredient that could maybe work some mojo on the meat. is the guinness just for flavor? or does it help the meat? eeeewwwwww, thats well, gross, but i appreciate the advice.
