I am pretty sure possum's are one of the ugliest of God's precious creatures but I would never want to see an animal suffer. I hope you are able to keep him alive until a rescue is possible.

A few prayers please; my great grandson in PA. has been in the hospital for the past 10 days (he is 7 mos. old). Upper respiratory infection but apparently they think there are other problems. He was improving but took a turn for the worse and now back on the breathing tube. Depending on test results, they might transfer him to Philadelphia Medical Center. We appreciate you remembering our Diego in your prayers.

we still don't know how he got out but he sat in front of their door and when son got home from school, he took him in. how sweet

On Christmas day, since I now live in FL in a mobile home retirement community, I will go to the club house for a catered turkey dinner. But either a few days before Christmas; or a few days after, I am going to make a crock pot, brown sugar ham. And I must have a sweet potato casserole. Miss my dear family in Paulding; but nice to meet new friends here.

Praise God. We still don't know the whole story but he ended up in the neighborhood next to his own and an employee of Hiram police dept. took him in. He called and got the number from animal control and is bringing precious Nacho home!! I can't begin to tell you how thankful we all are (I live in FL but he is still grammy's boy). Still a mystery as to how he got out. Thank you to that wonderful family who kept our little guy safe.

When my daughter was in college in Cin., the neighbor cat was such a scruffy guy; and covered with fleas. We did not want to bring him into the house with her current cat (flealess), so we made a bed on the porch with a cardboard box; blankets inside and outside. The neighbor eventually moved and left the cat. He is still with my daughter and now lives in NYC. He is about 14 years old and has lived in many states and cities due to her career (actress). He now lives a wonderful life and I call him the "city kitty". Just had to tell that story.

I once had 9 (don't judge). Two were my grandbaby kitties while daughter worked out of town. But with their different personalities, you seldom saw more than 3 or 4 at the same time. My guests were amazed. And no kitty smell. I personally could not turn it out into the cold. Maybe after a pic gets posted, you can find a forever home.

years ago, when I joined, this was a place to stay informed on local attractions, or get ideas on where to eat or who to use as a contractor, etc. It was fun and friendly. it was great for me as a new Paulding resident. All I ask is why? What is all this meanness about? the anger, the disrespect? So if you can't be nice - stay away!!!!!!!!!! I shake my head. what must their lives be like to be so miserable? Someone told me once that when miserable people wake up every day, they have to be themselves all over again for another day; how discouraging that must be.
