Seems to work for some. One of my sisters best friends (long time family friend) Got diagnosed with melanoma. She had surgery this week to find out how bad it is and it is not looking good. It is stage 3. They have flown her to a Cancer facility in Philadelphia for another surgery where the have been taking all of these sections out of her back. I would do nothing unless it is calling the authorities. They should not be doing this on private property. I personally think it is weird. They could get help if they needed it. The only reason they would not get it is if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of entry to a homeless shelter or the have a rap sheet.
