Using Primitine is the worst thing he can do. It can cause serious damage to his already sensitive lung tissue!!!! You said he does not have allergic asthma, but it sounds as if he may have it. Rainy weather causes certain mold to grow and that is what triggers the asthma. Alot of people think it is the "cold air" that is hard to breath or causes you to catch a cold, but it is the mold.
