I am an ex smoker I quit cold turkey after 30+years of smoking...and I think I would rather see a young person smoke tobacco other then vape..of coarse it would be best to not smoke at all but this vaping thing is killing or permanently harming way to many..I think it should be outlawed every where but this is just my opinion

yeah...while I am an animal lover I feel like if your going shopping leave your pet at home..Like Mrs G said I have seen all kinds of small dogs riding in a shopping cart up and down the meats and other foods..but I am just a little guy and my opinions don't make any difference to Wal Mart or other stores.

maybe they need to issue a tag like Handicap license so they could have proof of service animals? JMO

Yes the cold bothers me also, but for some reason and I think it’s the high humidity it makes my muscles feel like I have a tight band around my rib cage and someone pulling it so tight it hurts so bad...to bad we don’t have a happy medium...lol I should get a job as a weather person..I know when rain is in the area before they report it

Ahh I can remember a time when I too loved hot weather...but age...errr ahh health caught up to me lol..now the hot humid days cause me to ache worse then rain..or cold weather does.

This has been a strange season ...hot..hotter..hottest..then comes the humidity I don’t know about anyone else but I am so ready for Fall ..at least cooler drier temperatures and humidity. Anyone else feel this way?

Sadly this seems to becoming the “new normal “ in America...why and when did we let this happen? It seems nothing shocks us anymore ...so sad to see the world we hand over to our children.

Just to throw in my 2cents have you tried Emory doctors? From what I hear they would be a good place to start when local doctors are left scratching their heads. From there I can just say I wish you well and pray you find answers for all this. Also did they rule out vertigo? I have had that hit so suddenly that sitting up to quick or even moving my head in a certain angle that its like a giant hand pushing me backwards and everything spins..again dont stop till you get your answers.

. I’m reading a book called Orphans of Katrina...it’s about animal rescue after a disaster...some parts are heartbreaking...but so far very worth the read...Also reading Don’t Stop Believing ..Olivia Newton-Johns story also a good one.

I have a question about what you can put down a storm drain..are you allowed to rake leaves and tree debris down ? I thought this was a no no due to clogging the drain and causing flooding..but I might be wrong ..anyone know?

So April is right around the corner and almost time to think about planting a few tomato plants and maybe a few peppers...does anyone on here read the almanac? What does the Spring and Summer look like as far as rain? If its going to be soggy Ill just skip it and buy them...I love home grown tomatos but where we plant if its to wet they dont thrive. Nothing like a thick slice of home grown mater and mayo on some good bread with salt and a little pepper Mmmm!

Yippie!! Does that mean Spring has Sprung?...or will the little fellers flutter around with ice on their wings?..who do we call to de ice a hummer? Hmmm and will the nectar freeze ? Do hummers like pop cycles?...ok ok now that I got that all out...I’m glad the little hummers are back..they are one of my favorite birds too...but dont tell the other birds I said that..they might retaliate (got to remember to park in the garage) ...but on the serious side we always feed the birds we have many feeders out,and I have noticed that a lot of the birds that have been scarce during the winter are coming

I think you better hold off until at least after Easter...but who knows? Mother Nature has been up and down for a while..think she's peed off at Father Time?

My phones have that option too,but those scamming callers just use another number..I’ve received calls showing it’s our pharmacy...bank..and other places we deal with and when we answer them they try to lower our interest rates..or tell us something we need to know about Medicare ...or braces for pain. It’s maddening.
