Two tours (back to back) 1967 and 1968, was in phan Rang during TET with one-oh-worst (101st). memorable but I do my damnedest to try and forget some of the days. Did not enjoy coming through San Francisco on leave, I wanted to turn around and go back to VN.

The tool indicated that I could opt in and it would cost me an additional $439 and I would be done, but when I took my BOS to the tag office, they did the calculation and I didn't owe any additional money, I was a happy camper. I must have screwed up when using the tool.
