I have a 3G from a provider in the Philippines and the plan has ended. I have version 3.1.3 and firmware of 5.12.01 I have looked everywhere and cant find an unlock process for the 5.12.01 as of yet? Anyone have any ideas?

MD - that's very true. I have spent countless hrs with headhunters which in the past have always had something if I was interested. She said and I quote "Your resume is awesome and a year ago I would have you and maybe one other person looking for work, today I have 50 resumes just like yours." I am changing careers - not one I would have picked before - but one that is hiring and I just will not sit back and wait for that "golden egg" to drop because I think I deserve it or other jobs are beneath me. I want to work and that's my choice!

And that is very real - most wont even look at a resume after they see your background and wont hire you thinking you will leave soon when something more with in your background becomes avaiable. Many have "balked" saying - why work here when you've made so much more - I keep saying....."I dont make that anymore" so please dont look at that. Doesnt seem to help. It's hard but do agree there are job - you just may have to chose a field that is new to you and one that is hiring.

I was laid off from an overseas position just recently but fortunatly I was given a severance package - small as it may be at least it's something. Nothing found thus far after being in the same line of work for 24+ years so I am exploring options in a completely different type of work. I have never been unemployed a day in my life and I wont start now. I have talked to many "head hunters" and they all say the same thing - two years ago there where 3 people applying for one job and today - there are 30 applying for the same one. Believe it or not - they are even talking about here all the way over here in Aisa! I read about her after hearing the upset she pulled off. And her parents werent even able to make the trip over since it's so expensive. It's a great story - check in out in the AJC on line!
