OH MY GOD people. I posted yesterday after I spoke to the water dept TWICE. They are not, nor could they shut off the whole county. Sure they have the ability, but come on. Are you all really that gullable. If they shut off ALL the water and there was a fire, How would the Fire Dept fight it? The # for the water Dept. is 770-222-6868. Of course because of this rumor it may take an hour to get through like it did me yesterday, but feel free to call it if you are still scared. Your water will only be shut off in areas with damage, and then only untill the repair is finished.

I was by there about 12:15. The dam is there. The water coming out of the face is supposed to be. That is the spillway drain for the lake that untill yesterday operated the water wheel.
