  8. weatherboy-- When you can not see the "Clear Search History" link because your search history is too long: type in 1 letter in the Toolbar's search box, wait for suggested searches to appear, the "Clear Search History" link will now show.

  17. Unit was $400+ (I think it was about $450?), installation--don't remember but def. a good bit more than installing standard unit. I would not trade it for anything though. I like the idea that it heats water when you need it vs a tank of hot water sitting there at all times. Installation is kind of expensive ($1000-$2000?) cause they had to run new vents but it is worth it.
  18. I've had a Bosch natural gas tankless unit for about 4 years. Pros: Endless supply of hot water, unit takes up way less room in utility closet than tank type Cons: none for me Yes, it was installed by a pro.
