Good morning..........well tomorrow is the big day when I go home to see my mom........I can't wait....our plane leaves tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. and we will be there at 12:10 p.m. their time which is 3:10 our time........I am sooooo nervous........

She is still in the hospital but it sounded so good to speak to her.......she sounds well.......it was hard not to cry on the phone but all I spoke to her about was taking care of herself and getting better so she could go home. If all goes well she will get to go home tomorrow. She had some bleeding around the incision on her chest and she said they put a five pound sand bag on her chest to help with the bleeding. I thought she was joking but that is the truth. I told her to behave because I didn't want to have to use the jumper cables on her when I came up there At least it got her laughi

My mom was in surgery for a little over 4 hours and they put a defibulator (sp) in instead of a pacemaker. She came out of the surgery AWESOME!!!!!! Thank you everyone for your prayers.......If all goes well she will get to go home Tuesday. They are plannning my dad's funeral for Saturday. If the good Lord is willing I will be going up there on Thursday and coming back home on Monday. Prayers for traveling mercies. Thank you everyone for all your prayers. Thank you so much.......this really is hard as my sister just called me and asked me not to get "overly religious" with her while I am up there....that they wouldn't bring up any bad feeling about me moving here and other things.........GOD PLEASE GIVE ME PEACE.........this trip is going to be a whole lot harder than I ever thought......she also told me that they (she and my brother) had been already talking about what of my dads they would like to have......LIKE I CAN REALLY BRING A WHOLE LOT WITH ME.....Lord forgive me I just want this to be over with..........

She had fainted today just before my brother and sister were going to take her to the funeral home to make arrangements for my dad. My brother called the ambulance and after many tests he just called and said that she is going to have to have a pacemaker put in tomorrow. I am not questioning God but I still have not been able to speak to her and they are wanting me to wait as not to upset her. I understand all of that completely but this is so hard. God NEVER gives us more than we can handle but I truly do not know how strong I am at this point. I guess HE must think I am........please pr

I spoke to my sister because my mother was not answering her telephone. Please pray for my mom........my brother and sister are at the hospital with my mom.....I guess she passed out cold and they had to call the ambulance to come get her. The doctors think that because she is so tired, stressed, diabetic and on oxygen that she is physically exhausted. I am waiting to hear more about her but I know that God is placing His loving hands around her...........I haven't even spoke to her yet........but I know that God will let me when the time is right..........Thank you everyone for your wonder

Thank you everyone for your continued prayers. My daddy met Jesus at 1:30 a.m. this morning........I am just waiting to find out when the arrangements have been made and when I will be going home to help put him at rest..........pray for my mom and my sister and brother as they all need strength right now. I have not talked to my mother yet....please pray that God gives me the right words to say. I am kind of numb right now but want to thank everyone

No long weekend for us.........we both have to work. Monday is my birthday and I will spend it at work with my friends..........Don't know if the guys are going to keep the shop open or not at this point but I think my husband will be up there.

Did anyone hear anything over the scanner maybe?

All I know is the people at the store that work there said that it was terrible........the number of emergency vehicles and police cars.......I guess they had things all blocked off and no one could even find out what was going on...........
