Yes it could. Hook a portabe GPS up and check the MPH.Then you will know for sure. (If you don't have one...I have one you can borrow.) Be a shame if he got a ticket. As for the MPG... going to have to run a few tanks of gas and keep track of it to know.

The seating at Pizza Hut (if my memory is correct) is much more accommodating for a large group of people. The lunch special on Thur-Fri is 5.99 (just thinking outloud) Either place is a GREAT Choice!!! Let us know when and where... :drinks:
