    Everybody get your rocks ready, I think it is bullcrap that they wouldn't let her order at the window. Many years ago, I worked at a fast food place in Dallas, the drive thru, there would be times we would get backed up, park a car & carry the food out. McD's does this all the time. She is a customer, cut her some slack, take the order, you have a happy satisfied returning customer.

     

    Hold your rock for one more second, I starting thinking about this lady a little more & it made me think of my grandmother. She was hard of hearing, she also had a hard time getting around, but she could. Have some sympathy for people like this, they appreciate it.

     

     

    OK throw the stupid rock, I don't care :p
