I think the reason for the season should remain traditional, after all, there is a meaning behind why we celebrate this day.
On the other hand, it is a free country, for today at least. (nothing political intended, felt this way for a while)

Are birthdays not fun? You don't lie to your kids about where those presents come from.
We give plenty of presents from us, there are a few that are from Santa, it's just the way we do it.

I wait until the first week in Dec. I get tired of looking at the decorations the day after Xmas ... and that's when they are put away.Me too, all that stuff gets on my nerbs

If you are asking about the area of Bandidos probably about 5- 6 feet, and it was a thought that I had, if folks do go down there with table a chair to please set up where you are not obstructing the doorways or making passage difficult.
