    Thanksgiving - Holiday Traditons

    My family goes to my Daddy's in Mississippi, he has a beautiful place in the country. We cook dinner together, daddy usually kills a deer while we are there so we make the sausage & smoke it, it is so good. He takes the kids snipe hunting :lol: , they ride the horses, daddy plays his guitar & sings for us, the pp song is my little ones favorite song :rolleyes: , we go to the Bass pro shop on Black friday, it is so beautifully dcorated for Christmas. Sometimes he lets my oldest drive the Vette, freaks me OUT. But DS thinks he is so cool behind the wheel. We enjoy this tradition so much. The kids think Pawpaw hung the moon, & so do I. :wub:

    The Paulding County Sheriff's Office was made aware of this situation last night. School Resource Officers (deputies with PCSO) were at the juveniles home before the start of school this morning. The juvenile will not be attending school today.

     

    We take all allegations of this type very serious. Children should be able to attend school without fear of this type of violence. We will do everything possible to make sure that they are able to do that. We had two choices this morning once we were made aware of this "threat". We could have waited for the juvenile at school or we could go to the child's house in order to stop any such action from taking place. As mentioned, we went to the house and met with the juvenile there.

     

    I wanted to put any fears or concerns at rest. This matter has been dealt with and the person will not be attending school today.

    Haha, being Irish/German certainly doesn't help in the tanning department!

    I think there should be a poll every week to make you do things around town, that would be cool. Not just funny things like this week, but really interesting tasks that you would have to perform. Just a thought. Stuff you could stay dressed for!!! :rofl:
