The most important lesson of all: Everything bad that has ever happened to anyone is all the rich people's fault for being successful, and corporate America is determined to make poor slaves of us all. Better off letting the government take care of us. They have always done such a great job of it.

I was told by the people who collected school taxes in the 1960's and after that I was doing a good thing for myself and future generations. But, then I hear that instead of CEO’s making 20 times more money that a middle class worker they make 400 and 500 times more than a middle class worker.
What kind of fool do these tax collecters want me to continue to be?
The Democratic Party has a future with all the public educated citizens in it.

Conservatives only conserve what they gathered up from everyone else. But, who are they conserving it for? They are certainly not interested in sharing their proceeds. A lot of today’s conservatives got some of their conservative education off school taxes that I paid in the 1960’s, 70’s, 80’s, and even 90’s. But they didn’t let anything trickle down to me. They use that education to take advantage of me and everyone they can take advantage of. They use that education to suck up everything in their path, and are not about to share any of the loot.What Socialist said it was their duty to share the loot?

Capitalism is good, but all good things have a potential of being over utilized. That is the reason we have to have a constitution that our government uses to control the utilization of good things, like capitalism. A GOVERNMENT BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE MUST BE MAINTAINED.

Not sure about stupidity. I think I would use the term "ignorant". I would also say that too many Americans are selfish and think that the government owes them a living wage, even if they do not earn it themselves. Outrageous.
Lessons #5 through #100 - the government is the biggest negative drain on the economy. They contribute nothing productive to the economy. Socialist economic policy destroys ambition and the drive to succeed; what happens is you drive the most productive and successful entrepreneurs away.
Ergo, Hitlery, the Breck Girl and Obama support and preach economic policies that will have a negative effect on our economy at a time when growth is slowing from 3% to 1.5% (slower growth is OK; it is still growth).

I’m amazed at the stupidity when it comes to economics in this country.
Is it any wonder that Socialist leaning politicians have successfully raised taxes to the point where you have to work till May to pay them?
I had this conversation with an African American about the African American community (He’s one of the few conservative African Americans). I asked….
“why does 90-95% of a block of people in this country vote for Socialist leaning politicians in a capitalistic society”? That seems counter productive in my logical mind to say the least.
My point is that African Americans are self destructive….He agrees, I guess that makes him an Uncle Tom….not only are they self destructive in that regard but in many others as well. I would argue if you hate rich people and capitalism then that is a lousy mindset to have while living in a capitalistic society…call me crazy.
The answer is simple…you don’t sell Socialism by selling Socialism, you sell it indirectly. Republicans don’t like black people and are gonna tie you onto the back of a truck and drag you down a dirt road unless you vote for these wonderful white liberals.
Race isn’t the only reason Socialism is encroaching but it’s one of the reasons because like I said…it’s an indirect sale.
Because of the cyclical nature of our economy and the Oprahization of Americans, you have many Jerry Spriner watchin’, Oprah worshippin’ braindead citizens believing that life will be better if we stop giving “TAX BREAKS TO THE WEALTHY”….which is kind of like your car being out of gas on the side of the road and someone coming along and saying……”have you thought about taking the oil out too?”
This country is just about totally braindead when it comes to Economics and in all reality because of that deserve whatever poverty comes there way…that may sound harsh…but the stupidity in this area is mind boggling and harshness is justified.

Frankly, I think middle class American's are the ones who need tax brakes. They have not been getting represented for the taxes they pay, for years, now! However, the WEALTHY continue to get WEALTHIER, while middle class American's continue to feel the differences, which the rich pretend is not the reality of the situation. The rich tell us, through paid media and other programs that we are doing fine, while we feel much different than that. We are working harder, while we are not being able to pay the bills. We can't even afford to have an appropriate health insurance policy. If we have health insurance it does not cover what ails our health, because the part of the policy that covers that ailment was left out of the policy. If we had a health insurance policy, which covered every ailment possible, only a rich person could afford it. There are not enough jobs, which pays six figures every year, required to pay the bills of middle class Americans.
The health care industry is a joke because of Govt intervention...if the Govt started a program to give cars to poor people the cost of
cars would go through the roof.

People who tell thremselves the truth have no room in their lives for denial, fantasy, or fiction. These people "tell it like it is" to themselves and others. They are self-critical rather than self-dulging, and hold themselves to high but realistic standards. They are absolutely nondefensive when they get input and feedback, and they're able to find some value in any information. These are not people who were born on third base and think they hit a triple. They know who they are and what they are, and they build from the truth. They do not kid themselves about the scope of demands of their challenges. They deal with the truth, sense they realize that nothing else will make their visions obtainable.
If you know where the bottom is, you can deal with it. If you don't, the problems cannot be planned for.
You are a veritable plethora of insight and stability in a world gone mad....or a pain in the a$$, however you want to look at it.

Of course I would (almost) never wish harm on a human being but....
This animal and all non-domesticated animals belong in the wild. That is why I HATE going to the circus. I think bears should be out roaming the woods, pooping in the forest, and catching salmon, NOT dancing in pink tutus. This tiger was doing nothing but what nature intended was caught, caged, and forced to be a spectacle of its prey. No, on a deeper level I didn't want the animal destroyed.
However, I don't care if you are human, animal, or ghost, you hurt my child or family and you will never never get the chance to experience the end of my wrath.

I really don't want to go to this show, but there's a teeny, tiny part of me that thinks things could get out of hand?
Should I just let him go solo and institute the "don't ask, don't tell" for the night? Or should I go with him to make sure it doesn't get too wild?
He wants me to go, I just don't really want to.
I wouldn't worry about it....musicians and people who go to see them have incredibly high morals.

It's obvious when the economic cycle takes a downturn we should use that as an excuse to elect Socialists.
