here is why I do, dealing with the other accident today. I started this morning with two estimates, my shop and theirs. They came is at $1,300 using USED parts, Honda dealer at $2,000. if I let my agent do it I would be getting used parts, I negotiated with them and a check is on the way for $2,0000. . Not once was a police report available at the time it was "written up". Let me clarify as this can get you in trouble if you don't know the law. Ga law is between two parties only one has to know. So you could not record other's conversations unless you are a party to the call. If you call across state lines then it is not legal and you have to notify the other party. I personally would know the other states law before doing so. Does that make sense at all?

Once the police report is issued it is public info. Also I was never notified they did not want me calling and had legal legitimate business. You would have to define stalking, calling someone 4 times and calling their insurance company is hardly stalking. Can you show proof of profanity, I taped the calls and on each account let them know who I was and why I called. Invasion of privacy- again you offer no proof. Charged for what? Calling her and saying you need to file a claim with the insurance company as you were suppose to have done already. What civil charges?
