Our neighborhhod was built in 2 phases, ours being the oldest.Many of us have been here almost 15 years. Up until about 5 years ago 90% took great care of their places, as the homes aged and went through second and third owners we have noteiced people letting the houses go. We have a handful of foreclosures, not in my immediate area. We have a few people in the neighborhhod that keep them and many common areas mowed.
