I thought the building up on the hill was bathrooms? I don't recall bathrooms at Taylor Farms, except in the building next to the gym but not sure it will be open during the time we have the picnic. Bathrooms are a must.

What? White Oak Park doesn't have bathrooms? If that is so, then it can't be held there. Need a park with bathrooms.

My point is, don't eat it if you are going to spend the next few hours about it. If heavy meals make you uncomfortable in the summer then don't eat them. Hamburger/Hotdogs is all around food no matter the season. I, myself can't eat that stuff when we have temps like today.

You have a big backyard. I just look out my kitchen window to see if there is any dead snakes. I don't know how they are going to fair in this, let alone the bunny's, birds, any animal/reptile for that matter.

Can anyone eat hot foods with temps like this? It just amazes me, watching you sweating like a pig and then complaining that it's even hotter than before and that you are uncomfortable. Really??????? During temps like this you don't want to cook a heavy meal let alone a hot meal. Save that for the winter. There are light/lite meals out there for just this. And don't come to me if you aren't feeling well and swear up and down you have been drinking fluids all day. SODA doesn't count. It depletes you!!

Just brought my dog in and she wasn't even out there 3 minutes. She is panting hard and trying to find a nice spot on the floor (for the ceiling fan to hit her) to cool down. She is miserable, for being out there for 3 minutes to do her business. I have a stubborn as hell cat that won't come in at all. He will just lay in the garage. I've been putting ice cubes in both their waters bowls.

Okay, compromise. four weeks of winter, one week of summer, three weeks of spring, 44 weeks of fall.
