We ate there last night and got wings. I can say they are the best in the area. Hands down. I'm not giving this 2 thumbs up because I know the owners. I'm telling everyone because it's the truth. They really was some of the best wings I've ever had. The wings was not to big and not to small. We asked for them to be crispy and they was. They had just enough sauce on them. I don't really like my wings drenched in sauce. I told them that and they was perfect! I will be back next Thursday!!!

Dana, no where in any of the records I heard or read did it say that Nick molested her. If they did..then I don't recall hearing or seeing it. He was in the other room when he killed the mom. That is when he told the brother to silence her. Chad only got life in prison because he was 15 years old when it happened. He as tried as an adult, but since he was under 17 then he couldn't be put to death. He could be tried as an adult because he was charged with one of the "big 4" crimes. (Murder, Rape, Agg Assault and Armed robery)

LPPT.. to answer your question...no. I think they had battles that most kids have as kids. Chad (youngest) was very overweight and and a loner. If I showed pictures of them when the crime happened....and the pictures of them no, you wouldn't think they was the same kids. it was bad, I'm not talking chunky..I'm talking obese. Nick shot the lady in the head. He ordered his 2 brothers (Dustin and Chad) to shut the little girl up. He didn't tell them to kill her, directly. Dustin was the only link to Chad. If it wouldn't have been for him Chad would have walked!!! He is the one who told the investigators about Chad killing the little girl. After this was done...Dustin was the one who ran from the house. He didn't pull the trigger, and he didn't do anything to kill the little girl. He is guilty because he was there. 3 of the 5 is in prison. Curtis, Kimberley, Nick, Dustin, Chad. - Curtis served a little time for molesting 2 of them. He is on the Sex offender list. I don't know where Kimberley is...but I think she is still around her. I'm not sure. I know the dad is still around. Mom died back last year.

The one who actually did that (to the little girl) is Chad Tate ( the youngest...most evil Tate brother). Nick Tate was the oldest and order his brothers to "shut her up"

She shouldn't have never been able to receive benefits. She was smoking pot and coming to work. That didn't matter and they still gave her the undue (my opinion) UE and back pay!

Kroger also said they didn't have any video camera's pointing to that place in the Deli... and when they turned it on..it was the exact spot.. I hate that people do file false claims. It happens wayyy to much. But this was a legit case. This man was hurt. But I wonder how much was damaged before the fall? I don't know him so I can't just say, Well he was fine and fit as a fiddle, but now he's cripple.

I was there last night! It was AWESOME!! That hamburger was great!! The fried dill pickle spears was very tasty! Good Job! It was also great to see SportsSource there with her hubby! A Gwinnett County jury has returned a verdict of $2.3 million in damages in a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Kroger Co. after a judge determined Kroger destroyed and manipulated important video evidence involving an injured customer. The lawsuit arose out of a May 2008 incident in which Craig Walters, 49, was shopping at a Kroger grocery store on Ridge Road near Douglasville. The lawsuit was filed in Gwinnett County because that's where the company's registered agent is located. Walters slipped on crushed fruit on the floor near the deli and fell onto his back. ajc
