I know some parents are about to raise havoc here in the county concerning how their kids were treated with lesser offenses. Rules were put in place to be followed and the school board should not be selective with who gets the punishment and who doesn't. The way this is being played out sounds like a little discrimination is going on concerning who you are and who you know.

Parents that have kids suspended or exspelled from school for lesser things need to be raising some hell at the Board of Education. Lucky64 your so right, the child with not so good grades or a child that has done some minor thing at school would have been kicked out of school for the remainder of their senior year. And lets not leave out the fact that some of these kids have connections. This is a example why we have the problems we have today.

Spray painting the street has gone on for years but there is a big difference in painting the street and doing down right destruction to property. They are old enough to know what they did was wrong and I think they should not be allowed on the school property. As I stated before other kids that have had a level one offense weren't allowed back on school property for quite some time. I personally think they should not be allowed to participate in graduation. They should not be allowed back on school property and they should have to complete their senior year at Ombudsman. Like I said in the other post, the kid I know that commented a level one offense didn't do anything compared to this and he was a kid that had never been in trouble before.

Wasn't there two vehicles spray painted? These kids should have known better and they deserve to be punished. At 17, 18, and 19 they should have had respect for property that wasn't theirs.

I just read on Hiram Patch, Mr. Otott said their offense was a level one offense. If thats the case then why were they allowed back in school today and back on school property. I know a kid that had a level one offense for the first time and was kicked out of school for a whole semister. He didn't get the chance to come back to school he was sent home with a parent and was told he could not come back on school property until his time was up.

I have ATT now and I am sick of losing phone service and internet every time it rains. I can't get comcast because of where I live. Comcast doesn't have access to our home and a few others on our road. Something about not having access to the poles. I've also checked about getting it through my satellite company but it would still be ATT and right now I would like to tell them where to stick it. I checked on Verizon internet service and it sounds okay but just wondering if someone will give me some feedback on what service they have and if their pleased with it.

He was sitting in his car this morning across from the school and this afternoon when school got out. Seeing a traffic light go up there would be wonderful.

Hats off to the officer directing traffic this morning at PCHS. When I take my son to school sometimes there is a officer there, but if he is, he is only sitting in his car with blue lights flashing, and I have set for quite sometime trying to pull out onto highway 61. This morning at 8:05 the officer was already there and was out of his car directing traffic. What as great job PCSO! I called the none emergency number and told them to please pass on to his supervisor what a great job he was doing. I don't know him but we need more of him.

What part of Florida? I have a friend whose grandson lives in Panama City now with his Mom and he graduated from PCHS last year. Maybe there could be some kind of connection.

I have three grown kids with their own families and one at home. Two of them and their families live next door to us, so I see them every day. The oldst one and her family live about ten minutes away and I see them a few times a week, and on the days I don't see her I talk to her. If my kids didn't call or come by I would be concerned. As a family we try to eat dinner together once or twice a month. I had a experience a few years ago with my daughter, where no one knew where she was and I never want to have that feeling again in my life. I pray this girl is found safe and soon for her parents
