Law enforcement is asking for the public's help in locating Laura Reibinger, 37, and 2-year-old Reynolds Reibinger. they lifted the ban on oct 1, and then reinstated the burn ban on oct 5, and if all the fires were put out by sunset then the nasty smell would not be so bad..
