How do you fraudulently submit hundreds or thousands of ballots mailed to hundreds or thousands of addresses to upset election results? Think of how time consuming that would be. I'm pretty sure if they would spot check signatures to see if any turn up fraudulent before they check them all. Maybe the ballots would not come with your license # preprinted on them. Then you would have to write your license # on your ballot to verify that you sent the ballot in.

The signature should match the signature on the license.

I think it could work in Oregon because there is a verifiable paper trail by mail. In Georgia with electronic voting and no verifiable papertrail, who is to say which voters actually voted? I recall George Bush winning a few precincts with incredible numbers.

There is plenty of ignorance on either side to cancel each other out. No need to devise additional voter suppression tactics just because someone doesn't vote the way you want them to.

Was the taser checked to see if it was operating correctly? Looks to me like he had clothes on. Depending on the material, the clothing can impede the effectiveness of the taser. That's a big guy who was assaulting both police officers. They had him pinned and one cop let him up without a fight. What were those officers thinking? Why didn't they just shoot and kill the guy?
