  1. got it from the Publix in the Barnes and Noble shopping center on Barrett Pwky. They make it while you wait and it really is excellent!
  2. WHAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!? No sushi when you're pregnant?!?!
  3. ALL this YUMMY sushi ALL for MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Spicy rolls, Cali rolls, sashimi on rice, meteor rolls and some sort of surf and turf roll.
  4. Me, too. I like the community news and the opportunity to get involved. I also like to have some lively, friendly debate about everything from religion to whats for dinner. It boggles my mind that some members cannot stay nice and debate issues and resort to making personal attacks with hear-say information(to make it even worse). Oh well. Such is the game of life . I have been a Pcom member for a few years now and love it more all the time .
  5. No, not trying to convince you. Just supplying you with the facts.
  6. that would be 3 jobs that I have and I'm totally debt free. now, if I could just find the umph to DO something with my life! Me in a bikini? You are obsessed with me . Geeze. I dont even know your real name. I am 37 and still look good in a bikini, have a wonderful family and am living my life in peace and looking forward to the future. That sure does suck.
  7. it's all the restraint I have to keep the crack out of my tea and coffee...
  8. Why arent you capable of just engaging in healthy, lively debate without getting personal, rude, mean and ugly? I certainly am, as I've never been to you in return.
  9. and, I've been there too! This has all come from raising a child(almost)into a man and the things I have learned and gathered so far. I have made mistakes and will make more, but he is my priority and teaching him what I believe(while I can), is first and foremost.
  10. With all due respect(and this is just good, lively debate to me, of course, NOTHING personal at all), this is where we fundamentally disagree, I think. I do not and will not conform to a rule or law just because I'm a citizen and it has been legislated into a law. I do want my son to lead a peaceful, productive life and have a positive impact on society, I do not, have never and will never teach him to be a conformist.
  11. Although I've always given my son the age appropriate answers, I have ALWAYS been open with him and talk to him about my beliefs and convictions. The government engages in and supports many things that(according to my beliefs) are immoral and wrong. At that point, I take a stand and go with what I believe over the government. We have an extremely dishonest and corrupt system and government. They do not and cannot legislate my personal beliefs and that comes before government. Even in the Bible, plenty of people stood against their governmental system and would not bow to immoral and corrupt pr
  12. It is not addictive and non narcotic when grown naturally. It doesnt impair you. If it has so many health benefits then why is it a bad thing? We THINK its a bad thing because that's what we've been told and made to believe. Comparing it to narcotics or addictive drugs is like comparing Vitamin D to hydrocodone. Vitamin D in HUGE amounts can be a bad thing but when taken in moderation is a health benefit. And, how is a HIGHLY addictive drug like hydrocodone legal with a Rx but a non addictive herb that freely grows in nature is illegal? Makes zero sense. Personally, I have chronic disc pain
  13. This has been a VERY interesting topic. I'm surprised on how differently I feel about alcohol and marijuana than most people who have posted. How is marijuana "insidious"? Alcohol can be, I definitely agree with that, but weed? It's just the opposite of insidious. It added weeks of life when my Mother used it(we gave it to her is more accurate but she knew it and was wholeheartedly in favor and she had never even drank a glass of wine or any alcohol....ever) to increase her appetite during her last few months with brain cancer. Not even gonna mention all the other major benefits. Oh, and
  14. Of course not. I snoop in his room and car very often and would not have it.But, I AM honest with him on the way that I feel about it. Although, I don't tell him the WHOLE version of my take on the subject. I will tell him when he's older and responsible for himself but til then he will get the "teen censored" version. As far as "dumb" laws? Some ARE dumb. Some go against my beliefs and my beliefs come first.
  15. I think the prohibition of marijuana is one of the craziest issues. Alcohol is SO much more damaging and dangerous. There is no comparison. It's big government control of our health and our private lives. It's insane. What do you think?
