A friend of mine lives in a loft apartment.She is in a month to month.She has had some problems with the landlord and this afternoon they had a arguement and he told her she had to be out by in the morning.Can he do that?Doesn't he have to give her at least 30 days?Does he legally have to serve her with papers?She has been there almost a year and has always paid her rent early.Never late.Without going into a lot of detail,the guy is just a jerk.
