It was the other driver's fault. They were given a ticket for failure to yield the right of way. His car was towed to Dallas Collision.They don't want to send out a estimator.They want to have it towed to one of their lots in Acworth to look at it.They told me that if we refused to let them tow it to their lot that we would be responsible for the storage fee at Dallas Collision.They also told me they could not do anything about a car rental or any medical until they had a police report and that would not be ready until Friday.I called GSP and the report was ready on Monday.The guy that is
