Whats up today, people need to lay off the burning of leaves for a while!! IThe fire is 50ft from a storage unit. Not sure exactly where though. Actually the fire IS ON Hwy 92, between Hiram Sudie and Nebo, across from the Dollar General. (prolly a cigarette caused the fire) Near the Library.

She got a PHONE CALL FROM HER HOME PHONE, (very interesting...) no one should be in her home, she has NO children, NO family (in this area) and can't understand why she would get a phone call from her home phone (on her cell, caller ID) and no one there?? She did not get the call in time, it went to her voicemail, tha callers voice was soo muffled she did NOT understand anything, not 1 word, I'm not sure what the location is!

I didn't hear that call. I am still curious about the 2 life flights, from my other thread.

Another fire on Hitchcock Rd in the 4000 block. Brush fire got out of control.

You are too fast!! I was posting in another thread. Glad to know I am not the only one listening to the scanner, I am prone to forget things, just a little bit!

I have heard about 3 fires in the last 30 minutes, 1 on Hitchcock Rd (off of Nebo), brushfire I believe. 1 @ Powder Mill S/D off of Hwy 120 and 1 was where a lady called in and said the yard that was directly behind her house, was on fire and the fire was spreading into her yard.

I have heard an accident in Paulding Co (I think), with an entrapment and then I heard an accident @ Hwy 278 @ the Fulton County Line with entrapment and I can't make heads or tails out of which call is which.....Can someone tell me where the Landing Zone is and for which accident? I have a bad static issue on the scanner today, for some reason.

I just wonder How the Police knew he was there?? What was the Police doing there, if they did not know already, that he was there? You understand what I'm saying?? I have asked this question a couple of times already and no one seems to understand what I'm saying. I'm just amazed that he was found before a train came through, The Good Lord was with him this time!!

I recorded that segment of the news, let me look at it again! I think... wait.... it said "The Family shared these photos" so who was the one at the Hospital with the camera and you will know who "LEAKED" the photos. I hope he is going to be OK.

I have not heard any sirens yet, maybe thats a good thing! It was the only vehicle involved. Hope the person is OK!!

I heard on the scanner, sounded like the officer had been running, out of breath, (as in a foot chase maybe) all hyped up for some reason. They were not really identifying anything, except that they were close to Business 6, backing up to the woods and something about a creek, then I heard Heritage Club S/D, I think the suspect was 5' 11" and 140 lbs, they said a name but, I will not disclose that. This was about 11:10. (slow typist)

Edited to add: How was he found on the tracks? Was he found by a train driver or who? Not too many people walking on/around the tracks at 4 am (or before, as I read in anohter post) or did soeone hear his cries for help? Anyone know? How much is the weekly parking? Do they have monthly parking? I'll ask again..... How was he found?? Anyone know!!

Update I actually rode thru the s/d a few days later and saw "nothing", this must have been like an animal fight??(i'm just guessing) I did not see any crime scene tape or anything of the nature so, I am assuming it was NOTHING!! (I know I heard it) mmmmm...........scratching my head........ Oh well, we will never know!

I was not listening to the scanner, I hope someone can help me out here.............

Thank You for the update. I have been watching this thread to see if there were any new posts.

I go to scanpaulding.com and after a few minutes the sound goes away...... don't know why or whats wrong anyone have a clue as to what the problem could be???

What did the Garage Door do? Did it close down on someone?
