My thoughts were along the same lines when I heard we were paying big bucks to house people coming across the Mexican Border claiming asylum because of the drug cartels. Were do the people of Chicago go and who will give them asylum? What a mess this administration is.

My title does not even state what he was not invited to do. Calling folks liars is grounds for a report. Since I don't report folks you did not get one. Anyone who knows me knows I am no radical. You just have no room in your world for another view it seems. I stand by the fact that he should have been invited to speak since he is the ONLY BLACK SITTING US SENATOR. Just the kind of thing MLK envisioned. BTW I did not say he might have rearranged his schedule, his office did.

I do agree with most of your post. I do disagee that Unions would be the solution. They are a big part of the problem.

The insulting manner in which you speak to conservatives on this board in one of the big reasons most have left. My post on this is true. He was not invited to speak. A blanket email to his office to attend was not sufficient. Would not have been for me either. His office probably handled that for him. If he had been invited to SPEAK he most likely would have rearranged his schedule.
