My parents live off of Davis Mill and they are just now heading over to my house off of 61 N. (since they don't have a basement, and we do).

Had hail a few minutes ago, but now the rain has stopped and it is really bright outside, looks like it has passed for us.
I live on the northern end of the county off 61 and Dabbs Bridge.
I live a few miles south of you so I hope it's like that for us soon.

Just heard this on the TV. I'm thinking this is the part of Paulding down 61 towards Cartersville.
And that is why this post is occurring while I am in my basement with my family and my freaked out panting-like-there's-no-tomorrow dog.

I'm not meaning this sarcastically at all, so keep that in mind..... When I was a kid, the movie "E.T." would make me cry every time during the part where E.T. touches Elliot's finger right before he gets on his space ship and goes home. So to keep from crying, I would pick a spot and just stare at it (like on the wall or something) and think of something really funny.

The place I go is owned by my neighbor (and her friend) and she and her friend are also the only two who work there. I love it because it is super clean and each customer has his/her own box with his/her tools in it labeled with his/her name. They are also very strict about keeping up their certifications. The free snacks and drinks in the waiting area are also a nice touch.

I'm not saying it makes her less of a person...she's beautiful either way.
But when you see somebody who makes money off of their looks gaining weight, with a horrible dye job or something crazy, it sort of makes you go .IMO, most celebrities make money because of their looks...so it'd be smart to turn around and invest back in their money maker...or atleast clothes that cover it up.
I didn't say that you said it makes her less of a person, I was saying that was how the OP was coming across. I'm not a moron. I know who she is. I also know that she's a woman and she's somebody's mom. What message does it send to girls everywhere when comments like the ones made by the OP about someone's appearance are deemed appropriate? And she doesn't really model anymore. She also seems to be quite intelligent, making her own fortune apart from modeling. You mentioning her being a celebrity only makes it seem like you are trying to justify your first post.

She's a celebrity....a celebrity who is famous for her looks. Generally, those that are famous for their looks try and keep them up.

I don't know that a flea collar will do much good. In my experience, and from reading about the experiences of others, they only keep the fleas and ticks off of the animal's neck. I think you're better off with a product like frontline.

I agree with you on all points. Adam is by far the most talented, say what you want to. He is versatile, is an entertainer and has the vocals to complete the package. I know ya'll get tired of hearing me say that, but facts are facts!!!! He will have a career long after Idol regardless of the outcome of the show. And, honestly, except for the hoopla and the title, it is in his best interest to NOT win.
But, as I have also said before, I will be VERY surprised if a white male wins this year.
It was great to see David Cook again. The producers , er "America" got it right last year.

Just as he had a career long before Idol as well. I can't even stand to watch it anymore. I liked it better before they had contestants who didn't actually have a semblance of a music career before auditioning, as in professional.

I saw that P90 workout promo...........Oh EM GEEE! that is extreme. I can't believe how well everyone looked.
It really works too. Did you look at P90X promo or the power 90? Power 90, what my husband is doing now, is the older milder version of P90X. He started out at 220 lbs., now he's at 195. He's on day 67 out of 90. He just got P90X in the mail today and he's starting that at the end of the month.

It takes a few times to keep up bc it's pretty fast-paced, but since you do it at home, there's no one to laugh when you mess up!
Do you like Turbo Jam?? Does it work?? My husband is a Beach body coach and is almost done with power90 and is about to start P90X. He keeps trying to get me to do Turbo Jam, but I like running and pilates. If it really works though I would consider trying it.

Once upon a time I used the rock, only Tom's products, ate 100% organic and vegetarian, my kid was in Montessori school and wore the most beautiful patchwork clothes. Made my own baby food, my own organic cleaning products and I was a natural parent.
Then I realized...it's really expensive.

At about 8:15, heard a noise outside. Looked out back and one of the huge pine trees that is about 5 ft from our fence, had fallen. Thankfully it fell away from the house and not on it.
