I don't use anyone else.Take the service plan it saves money in the long run.

a possum. ( I know i will get hung out to dry for this.) I keep steel traps set around my chicken pen & have caught raccoons, possums, even an owl.

Take a hair dryer Or some other compressed air source & when logs are off. Blow out the area around the pilot light & thermo couple. Be sure to get all the dust out, relight pilot light. Everything should work right afterwards. Use air only, nothing with flamible content...

Make & model of car would be helpful...

Call the Water dept. They have a water run off guy that can check on this & maybe be some help..
