Recently I posted about my Grandmother being ill and hospitalized. She had been released to a nursing home, only to return to the hospital couple days ago and passed away this morning, Saturday, Dec 15. It is heartbreaking for me b/c she and I were very close, as I am the oldest Grandchild. I do consider myself very lucky to have had her a part of my life for 47 yrs. Grandma had 2 sons (my father & uncle) who both passed away 12 & 10 yrs ago, so she is now again with them, whom she has missed so very much over the yrs. I am just reading the threads about this, the family, etc. It is so very sad to hear of and to read. My heart aches for the family and friends. The family and friends will be in our thoughts and prayers. steve & nemie

ummmm I am totally lost on this. I didn't know that we were pointed out in the other thread until just shortly ago when I started getting PM's with apologies. Your tribute to your dad is so touching. I know it is hard even after many years. I lost my dad 10 yrs ago yesterday and one thing is for sure, the memories never leave you. You did a lovely tribute to your dad. nemie
