FreeBird Posted October 8, 2007 Report Share Posted October 8, 2007 Animal control officer enroute to an address on Braymell CT (Not sure on spelling of address) Caller advises a medium sized brown dog, tied in a fenced yard had jumped fence and only has rear feet on ground.
