Unfortunately, in our business we have found it necessary to verify all checks over $75.00. One of the reasons we hate WaMu is because they refuse to verify funds. I need a good recipe for the grill with a rotisserie (no smoker), I'm going to get one of those pork loins. all the recipes for "brining a turkey" on cooking.com are excellent for soaking a loin as well. i use some apples and oranges and sugar with some apple juice and soak overnight in a little bucket on the counter if its cool enough. then throw it on the grill with some seasoned salt...all that fruit makes is soooo goood!
