  1. I have a big box full of stuff, a frozen hen, green beans, stuffing, cornbread, etc. lots of can good. Give me a shout if you need it. Merry Christmas and God Bless!
  2. I will do that....thank you
  3. I stayed away from this forum because of a reply I got from a member that was very rude considering what my post was about. It made me feel like I wasn't welcome here anymore. It made me feel like I couldn't post freely about something terrible that happened in Paulding County. I still don't know if I want to post why I hate Paulding County now. Will I get attacked if I do? I think it's important for the residents here to know what happened....just in case it ever happens to them. I do know that some of the people I am upset with are members here and they are people who we should be able
  4. Waste Industries has gone straight downhill since they took over American Disposal. I am tired of them missing pickups, dropping trash then leaving it there in my driveway and so on
  5. I figured most people wouldn't want to post publicly IF they did ever have a problem with one or both. I am still working on getting records, waiting for the coroner to finish the death certificate. Apparently I need everything including the kitchen sink to prove next of kinship. No one will talk to me, I have questions. I deleted my other posts just in case it was damaging IF there is a case, I am working with several lawyers, no one wants to attach their name to something unless they know there is a case, so I am on my own with obtaining all the records. So, the coroner is Sam Clark.
  6. I have never personally had a bad experience with the new hospital. Not everyone has the luxury of insurance and sometimes the ER is the only alternative. Obamacare is a joke, I tried signing my brother up for it and the quote was $200 month for the coverage he needed Luckily his dr was awesome and would work with me if I didnt have all the money for his visit. And you're right, we live in the great ole US but come one, some people don't have to be so "shallow" about it or ASSume that ER visits are not needed.
  7. say that when you have a kid that wakes up in pain, what would you do? Oh yeah....just wait until the doctor's office or urgent care opens, lets pray its not on a Sunday. Good grief trolls like you should be banned!
  8. I second that! He will "try" and prove me wrong even when the evidence states otherwise. That little last ditch effort to save face....or whats left of it.
  9. Apparently sticking your foot in your mouth before you speak is the norm for you. Hospitals are usually understaffed and the employees are overworked. I have had a child with severe pinkeye and it warranted a middle of the night ER visit, Doctor's offices/urgent care centers are closed after a certain time and emergencies/non emergencies dont always happen during business hours.
  10. I have conveyed my concerns to both Paulding Fire AND Metro, I got NOWHERE.
  11. I hate it when life insurance companies call my house and ask for my dad, some even say "we see he is currently uninsured" yeah because he died 4 years ago.
  12. I miss my dear brother. His death was unexpected. He was 39 years old.
  13. My brother recently died. His shipment of Lamictal just came in the mail, I can't return it. Are there any places who can take these, maybe for someone who are on it and can't afford it? Its a 3 month supply, unopened 200mg. I can't see it going to waste. Also is there a ministry I can donate his clothing to, one that isn't going to resell it but rather help other folks in need of clothes.
  14. Are there any resources for an actual dr visit? Most places will help with prescriptions but will not with an appt. If I can't get my brother to his appt Tuesday, it will two more months before they can get in back in and he can't wait that long. His current prescriptions expired this month. The cost of his visit is $57 office fee and $30 for CMP lab test.
  15. That is a good idea but it only works while you are in the car, the other one can help you keep a more closer eye on kids who can escape outside home or alert you when they are outside the range.
  16. My husband was shocked when the little boys died in the hot car last week. He didnt believe me when I told it has happened a LOT. I personally cant understand how you could "forget" your child in the car. But then you read about the ones who do intentionally and something bad happens. There is a safety bracelet being promoted, it hasnt been marketed yet but I think it is a good idea........but parent and child have to wear it.
  17. http://www.hlntv.com/video/2014/06/23/cops-tot-left-alone-car-strangled-window Unbelievable. This happened yesterday.
  18. How is she doing? I am still interested in taking her. My kitty is driving me nuts!! I am not sure if my email will notify me or not so heres my email jenniferdoxakis76@hotmail.com
  19. I didnt realize my address was on there until that lady told me. Next time I posted an ad I saw where it was and took it off. I havent always had a problem with CL persay but I have had problems with some people on there. If I say I want something to go to someone I need and not a resaler then that should be respected.....but you never really know in the end. I need to become a paid member here so I can list here, things get lost in the shuffle of the grab bag listings.
  20. She used the childproof lock on my bottom cabinets to climb onto the sink. I knew she was in the sink when I heard the water come on. Those locks may keep them out of the cabinets but sure as heck allows them to boost on them to the counter top. She just started this recently. I am getting a swing door with a hook latch for my kitchen, she only wants to go in there to play in the sink. She is doing good so far, she doesnt wear anything during the day, course she goes through lots of underwear. She only wears the pullups at night, she doesnt like them anymore. She does better when she
  21. She sounds exactly like my kitten! He is 8 months old. At the moment he has been terrorizing my roomates cat, she is old and way over the playful stage. She has been hiding in my garage. He needs a playmate that can match his energy level, he has started to tear up my furntiture since Litty Bit has gone into hiding. Is she fixed? How is she around kids in general? I mean is she spooked around kids Mine have learned to "respect the kitty because they have claws"
