I have had it on both hands and multiple steroid shots into the joints and this is the only way to release the Sheath around the tendon. This is very painful but the shots do help after about a week . Good luck and I hope they get better

I started to lunch today and saw a Ford Explorer pulling a huge Motor home ... As I was coming back from lunch I saw the explorer wrecked in the median and the motor home off on the other side of the road down a huge ditch ... I think pulling a huge motor home with a smaller truck was a really bad idea
