I have called and they said that someone should be out there with the child but it's no law that they have to.

It's a 1st grader, and I have told the parent how thye child acts at the bus stop

It just scares me to see a child that close to the road, and when I ask her to step back the child just looks at you and goes on. That what I thought if the child gets hurt , are they going to blame me or the other parent standing there.

6/7 year kids at the bus stop without parent. (this is 3 houses from their house) What would you do if the child will not stay out of the road? I am standing there with my 5 year old making sure that he will not get hurt and then you have other kids that want to push/shove and play in the road.. Yes, I have told the childs parent about this, and today I was taking my kids to school and the child came to my house, and I told her she needed someone needed to stand out there Do you think a parent should be there with them?
