My friend just came through there. As he was sitting at the traffic light they shut down the chopper and turned all the lights off on the ambulances. Why would they do that?

Terrific..if you go through the woods I live about a block from you.....PCSO was cruising our s/d this morning about 9. That's what I am saying..if it happened yesterday why was he leaving this morning. Even if it happened at midnight..the call came in at 9 something this morning...that's 9 hours.I guess it is possible that he was a family member that lives in the same house.

I got a call this afternoon from a friend to make sure we got home okay....Another friend had gone to p/u her child in car rider line. Apparently after the buses left the put the school on lock down and took all the kids back in. Finally let them go about half an hour later..... The mother called the school and was told the school was in code red lockdown, but that is all the info they could release. She made another call the SO and they said it was an armed robbery. Isn't an armed robbery on Ridge a little far off to put Nebo on lockdown? I could understand the one on Nebo/Dallas Neb

In indication when it might be reopened? Hubby comes home that way from I-20. Just called him and he is still in Jackson county so it will be a couple of hours before he gets through there. He will call me when he gets to Fulton Ind. to see if he needs to find an alternate route home.

Is this still going on? I live on 61 between dallas nebo and Lindsey Lake....there have been about 20 different sirens going south on 61 in the past few minutes....its sounds like they may be turning on Lindsey Lake?

I heard from a VERY reliable source the gun confiscated was a handgun...a 45 to be exact. Maybe with all the dead bodies showing up around here lately they have started taking all reports of gunshots very seriously.
