I'm voting for 2 days. It takes time to go through all the charges and votes etc. If they have a good foreman it will be a thorough process and I think it will take that long unless they have a unanimous verdict on the first vote. I suspect there will be some debate with the jury members. There are 2 that said they would have a hard time judging someone.

I thought the same thing. He has a very specific tick in his left cheek beside his mouth. He was clearly laughing at Baez but I think we all were at that point.... I thought he was gonna blow a gasket when he said, "That laughing man right there".... While I can find humor in his inability to properly follow courtroom procedure and decorum, he clearly is doing the best job he knows how to do. His inexperience is very apparent. I will be up again in the morning early enough to watch the jury instructions and will be on verdict alert until the jury comes in. I have wondered the last

I hope Jose Baez is disbarred after this. That was a low down move and his closing is absolutely horrible. He has no rhythm or cohesiveness in his delivery. I agree that Ashton should control his face a little better but I imagine the jury is looking at Baez not Ashton. Baez is way to emotional and he asked that the jury not judge based on emotion. I'll be so glad when this is over. Is Judge Perry going to declare a mistrial????? OMG OMG OMG!!!!

Yes, I watched... Judge Perry said that he cannot use that argument because it was not proven in court. He asked Baez why they didn't ask Lee and Baez said there was a strategic reason they did not ask that question. My speculation is that if they opened that door then they could let in all of her sexual history. But, that is just a guess.

I really wish they had done the instructions yesterday (so does Judge Perry). He just told them that they had better have someone bring them (prosecution and defense counsel) a sandwich. It is going to take hours to go through the jury instructions. I believe Judge Perry said that they will work today and tomorrow and every day next week if they have to. They will get the instructions today and begin deliberation immediately following. I assume based on what he said Friday they will be able to deliberate as long as they want. They jury will drive the ship after the instructions are given.

I am just now able to watch... I came in right before the recess... What happened to George that made him cry? Who has testified before him? Baez is failing horribly and is grasping at straws. Me too!

Done with my meetings... How did Kronk do overall? Was there a clear delineation as to his testimony on 1) if he really saw the skull the first time, 2) he really reported seeing the skull the first time and 3) is he credible? Could he have had anything to do with Caylee's murder? Opinions welcome... I'll go back and watch it later just wanted to know what you guys thought. Thanks!

I have meetings off an on all day... I haven't missed much since this started but I'll be missing today. Looks like I'm going to have to catch it on the replay. I hope they do catch her in the lie. I'm so sick of people lying I can't see straight. (And that is in everything not just this trial.) I have wondered the about the nanny thing too. Has anyone asked Cindy, George and Lee about other times she said that Caylee was with the nanny... She is so fake and pretentious. She really makes me sick. There are so many holes in every thing she says. The whole thing is just beyond anything I could ever imagine.

I have now... I am still convinced that Casey is responsible for Caylee's death. I have watched/listened to most if not all of the trial... I think the changes in the story from all sides doesn't change any of my opinion at all. I think the emotion in the beginning is true and real. I think the things that we see now are more staged and controlled for the court. I think Cindy knows that Caylee died at the hands of her daughter and I have no idea how she is standing by her other than she doesn't want her daughter to get the death penalty. I know, right? It was hard to watch him cry and it is almost like he wanted to say more about why he was upset with them but he just didn't. Seems a little strange... I guess we will find out more after lunch.

He is being very careful to allow things from the defense that otherwise might not be allowed under and abundance of caution. Additionally, he is hand holding the defense because they cannot even follow the simplest of rules i.e., introduction of evidence, witness questioning and general court procedures. Judge Perry wants the trial to be fair and have no reason to have the verdict overturned. He can still rule on previous defense miss-trial motions until the jury gets the case. You are correct... the defense has made a mockery of the whole thing.

This is crazy... If I was going to do a search about the affects of chlorophyll on my dogs... the Google search would have said that. It was hard to believe anything that Cindy said about those searches. AND... the time line didn't seem to match the prosecution computer forensic testimony. Linda is REALLY good!
